HOLLYWOOD, USA - Thirty Mile Zone is reporting that Sean Penn is suing a web development company for not delivering on his J/P HRO, NGO website.

Sean Penn has been providing relief in Haiti since the earthquake of January 12 2010 took a quarter-million lives. The organization is hoping to recoup $25,000 as a total refund for the site.
