Carlson Hotels Building in Haiti

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (defend.ht) – Representatives of the U.S. hotel chain Carlson are in Haiti since Thursday to explore opportunities to build a hotel in the country. Marriot hotels made a similar announcement recently.
Representatives of the hotel chain renowned Carlton are interested in building a hotel in the country, according to a government source. They should meet with government officials to discuss the project.
The company Carlson has more than 1070 hotels in 80 countries. It is an American multinational in the tourism sector, and operates hotels "Radisson", "Regent" and "Park Inn", but also the restaurant chain "TGI Friday's."
