PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (defend.ht) - The Rector of the State University of Haiti and the Executive Government are at odds on who should be managing King Henri Christophe University in Limonade. The State University of Haiti formed a committee to oversee the opening of the university while the executive government has employed UNESCO and a bilateral commission with the technical responsibility in the hands of the Dominican Republic Ministry of Higher Education.
